The 2025 China GLASS exhibition, held at the Beijing Shunyi International Expo Center, came to a successful conclusion in May. As a landmark event in the global glass industry, JUNYA made a grand appearance with three core models: JYX-3000CGW, JYX-1000CGS, and JYX-1200CA2. These machines not only attracted global attention with their robust technical parameters but also earned deep trust from new and old customers through over 20 years of professional expertise. Three months after the exhibition, all three exhibited machines have been purchased by domestic customers. Meanwhile, the dense flow of visitors from Asia, Europe, Africa, North and South America, and Oceania, as well as the reunion with familiar faces, have become vivid testimonies to JUNYA's dedication to the industry.

Exhibition Scene: Global Customers Gather, New and Old Faces Discuss Cooperation

JUNYA's booth was located in the core area of the exhibition. Within a 200-square-meter space, the three exhibited machines were arranged in a staggered manner, covering scenarios from large-scale to small-batch processing, becoming a focus as soon as the exhibition opened. Statistics show that over 1,000 customer visits were received in total over the four-day exhibition. Among them were not only established European glass enterprises from Germany and Italy but also emerging processors from Southeast Asia and the Middle East, procurement representatives from South American markets such as Brazil and Mexico, and even customers from Oceania (Australia and New Zealand) and North America (the United States and Canada). Glass industry professionals from all five continents gathered, keeping the booth in a lively atmosphere of high-frequency interactions.

The three star models at the exhibition, with their precise scenario adaptability, were ultimately purchased by domestic customers, becoming "new mainstays" in different segments:

JYX-3000CGW GLASS WASHING MACHINE: A "Tough Partner" for Photovoltaic Glass Production Lines

This "behemoth" with a maximum processing width of 3100mm was purchased by a photovoltaic enterprise. Its thickness range of 3-25mm perfectly matches the full-process needs of photovoltaic glass from substrate to deep processing. The 0-12m/min frequency conversion speed regulation and PLC touch screen control enable seamless integration with the customer's fully automated tempering line. Notably, equipped with three pairs of φ170mm stainless steel shaft brushes (including a dedicated Low-E brush) and three sets of air knives (two straight and one inclined), the machine completed the cleaning of a 2.8-meter-long photovoltaic glass in just 2 minutes during the on-site demonstration. Under black background inspection, there were no water marks or scratches, prompting the customer to confirm the purchase on the spot.

JYX-1000CGS GLASS WASHING MACHINE: A "Precision Expert" for Electronic Glass Processing

Focused on small and medium-sized precision processing, the JYX-1000CGS was acquired by an electronic glass enterprise, to be used in the preprocessing of intelligent car central control screen covers. It can handle small glass sizes as compact as 200x100mm. Equipped with four pairs of φ90mm stainless steel shaft brushes and three-stage air knife drying (one straight and two inclined), it can perfectly remove micron-level stains on the glass surface, meeting ultra-high cleanliness standards before screen printing. At the exhibition, the customer tested 3mm ultra-thin glass on-site; the dried glass showed no residual impurities under microscopic inspection, leading to an immediate decision to cooperate.

JYX-1200CA2 GLASS WASHING MACHINE: A "Practical Choice" for Door and Window Glass Processing

Targeting small and medium-sized processing enterprises, the JYX-1200CA2 was ultimately purchased by a door and window group. With a maximum processing width of 1200mm, it adapts to mainstream door and window glass sizes from 150x150mm to 1200mm, and its thickness range of 3-12mm covers common types such as insulated glass and laminated glass. Featuring an all-stainless-steel body and a two-stage cleaning system (5 pairs of brushes + 4 pairs of sponge rollers), it maintained stable cleaning performance during an 8-hour continuous demonstration at the exhibition, with operating noise below 85dB, fully complying with workshop environmental requirements. The customer's person in charge calculated on-site: "Based on our production capacity, this machine can process 300 more glass pieces per day, while energy consumption is 15% lower than our old equipment."

Three-Month Follow-Up: From Exhibition to Workshop, Service Delivers Results.

The signing at the exhibition was just the beginning. The JUNYA team ensured the smooth transition of the three machines from the booth to the production line through three months of meticulous service:

"What we saw at the exhibition was the equipment; what we felt after cooperation is the service," said the customer's production director during acceptance. "From parameter confirmation to on-site installation, JUNYA's response speed was a week faster than we expected."

Lasting Impact of the Exhibition: Old Customers as the Foundation, New Markets as the Direction.

Looking back on the exhibition, JUNYA's general manager sighed: "The repurchase rate of old customers exceeds 40%, which is the greatest recognition for us." At the exhibition, many old customers came with new needssome wanted to add equipment for their new factories, while others hoped to upgrade existing production lines. This interaction of "coming with needs and leaving with solutions" has become the cornerstone of JUNYA's deep cultivation in the domestic market.

Meanwhile, attention from global customers has laid the groundwork for the future. After the exhibition, 12 overseas customers have entered the prototype testing stage, with particularly intensive inquiries from European, American, Southeast Asian, and South American markets. "The domestic market is the foundation, and the international market is a blue ocean," said the head of JUNYA's international business department. "This exhibition made us clearer: no matter where customers are from, their demand for 'stability, efficiency, and ease of maintenance' is universal."

From the bustle of China GLASS 2025 to the stable operation of production lines, JUNYA's story of the three exhibited machines proves that professional equipment plus sincere service will always be the bond connecting customers. The global attention and the smiles of familiar faces have already written the prelude to the next encounter.
